classic rental
Reserve The Hawthorn for exclusive private use. Bring in your own caterers, planners, and creative team and treat the space as your canvas — we set the stage, you run the show.
What’s included:
- Exclusive use of The Hawthorn from 9AM – midnight
- Mix of round and rectangular tables with signature black
willow chairs - White table linens
- Available for ceremony and/or reception
INTRODUCTORY RATE
As a newly opened venue, we are currently extending a special Saturday rate of $7,750 for future weddings secured prior to July 30, 2026.
All bar service is managed in-house by The Hawthorn. Choose from open, cash, or hybrid bar options – each designed to fit your event and guest experience.
Open bar rates range from $10 – $17 per guest, per hour.

Signature Wedding Package
Everything in the classic rental, plus our elite team of event partners to bring it to life. We build a flawless foundation – you shape the vision with florals, photography, design and entertainment that reflects your style.
What’s included:
- Everything in the Classic Venue Rental
- Customized catering menu featuring stationary and passed hors d’oeuvres, a two-course plated dinner, and a curated dessert selection.
- Five hours of open bar service including craft cocktails, curated wine and beer selections, signature drinks, and a champagne toast
- Tables, chairs, table linens & choice of napkin color.
- All plates, glassware and flatware
- Seamless setup and take down
Signature Package Rates
Venue Site Fee + $245 per guest for 150 guests. This includes all staffing and service fees so pricing is fully transparent.
